If you would like to be added to the account as an approved contact:

• Have your system administrator add you through My Greenway.
• Have an approved contact from your company reach out to your Greenway account representative to request the addition.

• Request an export of data.
• Request an interface connection or other integration.
• If the request is for an Intergy Client and you are a Sponsored/Participating Lab with Change Healthcare, please place the interface request directly with Change Healthcare via their ON24/7 portal, here.
• Request data for yourself as the patient or as the legal guardian/healthcare surrogate of the patient.
